The Court of General Appeals has overturned the decision for Marjeta Karaj, who was sentenced to 22 years in prison, while her son was sentenced to 25 years and is still wanted, as well as Gazmir Ngota, who was sentenced to 22 years in prison.
They are accused of committing the 2017 massacre by raping and burning Menduh Kurtdeda with gasoline.
The decision was overturned because the Court of First Instance had aggravated the charges against the suspects.
The case will be retried in the first instance with a different panel of judges. (A2 Televizion)
