The Special Court has rejected the request for freedom of former Elbasan judge, Pajtime Fetahu.
The former judge, who has been in prison since November 2024, requested a reduction in her "prison arrest" for health reasons, writes A2 CNN.
Fetah was isolated in a cell after suspicions of "corruption" and favoritism towards members of a criminal organization led by Suel Çela.
The "prison arrest" measure against her was issued at a time when the former judge was serving another "house arrest" measure on account of the SPAK investigation into the Çopja brothers. (A2 Televizion)
