The Special Prosecution Office filed a motion for a separate trial regarding the "5D" file. SPAK requested 1 year in prison for the former director of the Tirana multi-sports club, Deborah Keçi, which would be reduced to 8 months in prison due to the shortened trial.
A suspension of the sentence and 2 years of probation were also requested, as well as an alternative sentence of 5 years of deprivation of the right to exercise public functions.
Meanwhile, for Teuta Guri, a member of KVO, a sentence of 9 months in prison was requested, which with a reduction of 1/3 of the sentence would be reduced to 6 months. According to SPAK, the sentence is suspended and placed on probation for 2 years, as well as 5 years of deprivation of the right to exercise public functions.
The same claim was made against other members of the KVO, Renaldo Gjerazi and Jetjon Meraj.
Prosecutor Klodian Braho said that the small value of the procurement, 3 million lek, was taken into account, where the "5D" Company was the beneficiary of the public contract for two tenders, one for "Tirana parking" and the other for the reconstruction of a gym. (A2 Televizion)
