The next session will be held on December 27 at 12:00. The court gave the defense lawyers time to prepare the questions for the military experts, who also determined the cause of the explosion in Gërdec.
In the last session at the Special Court, the former Minister of Defense, Fatmir Mediu, presented other objections on the act-economic-financial expertise of SPAK in the "Gërdeci" file.
From the defendant's bank, the former minister accused of "abuse of duty", insisted that the experts who compiled the act made legal evaluations outside their scope and that they left more than 80% of the documents necessary for the expertise unstudied. writes A2.
According to Mediu, the experts ask the question whether or not they are familiar with the licenses of SAC, the American company involved in the demolition in Gërdec, which according to him, had passed through all the filters of the US Department of State, but also of the MEICO company and State Information Service.
