In the SPAK "Ura" file, which A2 CNN has uncovered, the role of a character named Pirro (Spiro) Çapi is revealed.
According to SPAK, he is the organizer of heroin trafficking from Turkey to Italy, via Albania. His conversations with Ervis Deti (Visi) and Gertin Aliu are as follows.

On 12.05.2022, Visi receives a call from the mobile number 0684409148, used by citizen Pirro Çapi (alias Spiro). This is about the same period, that is, when Visi was in Italy where he also discussed with Gerti through telephone conversations, which were reflected above. This fact raises doubts that Pirro Çapi (Spiro) may serve as the organizer, financier and coordinator between his connections in the function of transportation, storage and exchange of narcotics in Turkey-Albania-Italy. The transportation is suspected to be carried out by land on the Turkey-Kosovo-Albania route via trucks that Spiro owns. He owns two trucks with license plates AB963EF and AB465EH. Upon arrival of the narcotic substance of the "heroin" type in Albania, they are loaded onto trucks, which are equipped with special compartments to hide the narcotic substance and then boarded on a ferry at the Port of Durrës bound for Italy. For the use of these two trucks, he is suspected of using one of his associates, citizen Arian Tola (alias Lani). (For this fact he has been convicted by the Court of First Instance against Corruption and Organized Crime).
In the phone conversation with Visi, Spiro introduces himself as a friend of Gesi. Visi recognizes the person he is talking to and replies that he is abroad (in Italy). Spiro asks Visi when he will be back, and Visi replies "next week.....if you need me, you have the old man at home". Spiro then tells Visi "I need you".
More specifically, the telephone conversation of 12.05.2022, at 13:06, was intercepted, based on decision no. 315, dated 29.04.2022, of the First Instance Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime:

The role of citizen Pirro Çapi (Spiro), as a person involved in this criminal network, as in the case of Gesi, results in the environmental recordings intercepted by the Italian partners in Genci Telollari's vehicle, where the latter was having a conversation with Gertin Aliu. Spiro is said to have become a partner and found the narcotics in Turkey. Excerpt from the environmental recording dated 01.06.2022:
Gerti....... said they came to my house. House check... Genci: how is it possible that he returned to Albania?...Gerti: he returned because he was without documents. He had no documents...Genci: I know...Gerti: how?...Genci: the scoundrels, they've started to catch my eye. They go and ask if he wants, does he want, does he want.....even to Massimo.......Gerti: ah... Gesi?...Genci: no, this.....does, does......Gerti: they took him, he became a partner....they bought these in Turkey, this Spiro took them. This Spiro took....his sister... From the above, the connection between Gerti (Gertin Aliu)-Gesi (Orges Molla)-Visit (Ervis Deti)-Spiros (Spiro Capi) is clearly understood, who in cooperation with each other enable the narcotics from Turkey by bringing them to Albania and then sending them to Italy through various couriers. In the neighboring country there are other people who wait for them and then distribute them. From the above analysis, it is suspected that it is precisely Gerti and Visi who deal with the sending of the narcotics to Italy and then the distribution, while Gesi and Spiro have the role of the people who find and guarantee the narcotics (of the heroin type), mainly by bringing them from Turkey.
Referring to the chronological order of events, it also results that on 05.06.2022. Spiro together with Arjan Tola made a one-day trip from Albania to Turkey. This fact is confirmed by the review of the entry-exit data in the TIMS system as well as by the telephone conversations that the persons in question have had with their families. Also, from the review of the Tims system, another trip made by Spiro and Lani to Turkey results. They left the territory of the Republic of Albania on 27.07.2022, with the airline "Pegasus-Istanbul 769-770" and returned to Albania on 30.07.2022, at 00:50.
In order to document the connections between Visit-Spiros-Ges and the other persons involved, the mobile phone numbers corresponding to the aforementioned citizens were intercepted. After returning from Italy, on 10.06.2022, Visi contacts Spiro and Ges, where during the conversations they have, it turns out that they have met each other.
On 12.06.2022, at 22:58, Gesi calls Visi and tells him to come home and get the money (the money): "214 (Gesi)-Oh Viso....566(Visi)-hey boss....214-are you going to come get the money?....566-are you coming to get it?.....214-come......".
