A 58-year-old man was found dead near his apartment in Vlora. According to the Police, 58-year-old Renato Hoxhaj is suspected of being shot. The victim had been employed for 5 years as a guard at a construction site near his apartment. A2 CNN learns that he was found on the stairs where police officers go up and down near his house and in a building under construction. There are security cameras at the entrance to the construction site.
The victim was the father of two adult children and lived alone in the apartment. The circumstances of the murder are not yet known, but the police confirm that the victim has no criminal record. The head of the Vlora police, Elidon Çela, representatives from the OPGJ, as well as crime investigators, went to the scene.
