Leonard Mnella alias Leon Kolmnela alias Leonard Kolmnela is being extradited from Albania to Italy. A2 CNN reports that the 56-year-old had managed to fake his death through a false certificate since 2013.
The 56-year-old was initially extradited from the US to Tirana in March 2024, on behalf of Italian authorities. The Salerno court sentenced him to 25 years in prison for collaboration in a criminal organization, kidnapping, attempted extortion, violation of the law on weapons and drug trafficking in large quantities.
