The hearing in charge of former defense minister Fatmir Mediu is postponed. The reason was the absence of two lawyers, Ardian Visha and Henrik Ligori.
The court fined both of them with 5,000 new lek, because Mediu's legal defenders requested military experts in this Wednesday's session, writes A2.
One of the experts, Fatmir Bozdo, at the age of 72 with health problems, appeared today and told the court that he cannot appear again due to his health condition.
The latter declared for the black platoons, that it stands by the act of expertise made after the explosion in Gërdec.
