The Special Court has postponed to April 15, at 2:00 PM the next session for the "Partizani" file, a case in which the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, and his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi, are accused.
Berisha and Malltezi are under indictment in connection with the privatization process of the former sports complex.
The reason for the postponement of today's session was the absence of the defendant's lawyer, Xhimi Begeja.

Jamarbër Malltezi is accused of passive corruption, committed in collaboration with Berisha, after SPAK claims that in agreement with him, by using power, they privatized the "Partizani" complex, which brought the family millions of euros in profits.
