A serious accident was recorded this morning on the Berat-Dimal road, near the Morava Bridge. At around 06:30, 41-year-old Eduart Ismaili was traveling in his Benz A Class when he lost control of the vehicle due to the high speed at which he was traveling. As a result, the vehicle went off the road and ended up in the canal on the side of it.
The collision was severe and the vehicle was completely destroyed, requiring the intervention of the fire brigade to extract the injured person from the vehicle. Eduart Ismaili was immediately transported to the Berat Regional Hospital for medical treatment.
According to information received from the hospital, the 41-year-old is out of danger and is in stable condition. Authorities continue investigations to determine the full causes of the accident.

-the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where proceedings were initiated against citizen SL, 28 years old, resident of the village of Gajtë, after on the road axis "Ura e Kuçit-Dimal", he is suspected of losing control of the vehicle he was driving while intoxicated and as a result the vehicle went off the road. The 28-year-old was injured in the accident, but his life is out of danger.
Specialists from the Crime Investigation Section of the Berat Police Commissariat referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where proceedings were initiated against citizen KS, 31 years old, resident of Berat, as it is suspected that 3 days ago, he stole a bicycle.
Specialists from the Crime Investigation Section of the Kuçova Police Commissariat referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where proceedings were initiated against citizen OH, 44 years old, resident of Kuçova, as it is suspected that for weak motives, he physically clashed with a 28-year-old man.
The procedural materials were referred to the Berat Prosecutor's Office for further action.

As a result, the 50-year-old was injured, who is under the care of doctors, currently in serious health condition.
