A 36-year-old man was arrested by the police of Elbasan, under the charge of selling narcotics in his bar and in other areas of the city.

The 36-year-old identified as AS, to whom the court of Elbasan had set the measure "prison arrest" in 2021, after it was discovered that he was selling drugs in his bar in the city of Elbasan, fell into handcuffs.

In addition, the 36-year-old is accused of the same criminal offense in the framework of another anti-drug operation coded "The Network" in June of this year.

"DVP Elbasan: A citizen accused of selling narcotics in doses, in his bar and in different areas in the city of Elbasan, is arrested. Specialists for Narcotics Investigation, in cooperation with the services of the Operational Force, DVP Elbasan, have executed the order of the prosecutor, for the arrest of the citizen AS, 36 years old, resident of Elbasan.  

The Court of First Instance of Elbasan General Jurisdiction has set for this citizen, the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics", in the framework of an investigation with proactive methods launched in 2021. from which it was found that the citizen AS sold doses of narcotics, in his bar and in different areas in the city of Elbasan.    

Also, this citizen is accused of the same criminal offense, within the anti-drug mega-operation coded "The Network", developed in June 2023. The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office, for further actions." , says the police announcement.      (A2 Televizion)
