The Special Court dismissed Jamarbër Malltez's request for revocation of the security measure.
Unlike former prime minister Sali Berisha, judge Flojera Davidhi did not accept Malltez's request to cancel the latter's "house arrest" security measure.
Since November of last year, Malltezi has been placed under "house arrest" by the decision of judge Ilirjana Olldashi, who changed the decision of the first instance, releasing the son-in-law of Sali Berisha from the cell.
The latter was released on November 27 of this year, after 333 days of isolation in the apartment. (A2 Televizion)
