The security cameras have helped the Vlora police in arresting the author of placing explosives in a bar of the coastal city 4 days ago.
After the investigations and surveillance of the cameras, the police made it possible to arrest the citizen Beqir Selamaj alias Beqir Murati, on the charge of destroying the bar with explosives in the "Uji i Ftohte" neighborhood.
Preliminarily, it is thought that the incident took place for revenge motives, since the owner of the bar Bledar Birçe was executed in May 2021 with automatic fire in the "Hajro Cakërri" neighborhood.
The bar was rented out and only a few days ago it was used by the family members of the deceased Birçe
During the operation, through coordinated actions and supported by scientific evidence, two mobile phones, a bicycle and the clothing used during the event were seized as material evidence.
