A person has been arrested by the Shkodra Police after being accused of threatening and punching an officer of the Municipal Police, writes A2 CNN.
The police said that the officer reported to the police that on Monday, when he was on duty, the RH citizen threatened him and punched him in the face, for no reason.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Shkodër, for further actions, for the criminal offenses "Assaults due to duty" and "Intimidation due to duty".
The Mayor of the Municipality, Benet Beci, also reacted to the event. "I want to thank the officers of the Shkodra Police for the quick reaction and the arrest of the author with the initials RH, who hit the officer of the Municipal Police AT in the line of duty.
