A 50-year-old man has been arrested by the Korça police after he hit the window of an ATM of a second-tier bank with a stone. The incident occurred in neighborhood 9 of this city.
"As a result of rapid investigative actions, based on information obtained through operational channels, the Crime Investigation specialists of the Korça Police Commissariat identified and arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen VN alias PN, 50 years old, resident of Puka, for the criminal offense of "Destruction of property"", the Police announced.
Police verifications revealed that the 50-year-old man had been declared wanted by the Lezha Police Commissariat for the criminal offense of "Destruction of property" and had been criminally prosecuted several times for this criminal offense.
The procedural materials were transferred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korça, for further action.
