Sources from the Vlora police indicate that a vehicle did not stop for a police patrol.
According to sources for A2 CNN, it is reported that the vehicle was moving in the city when one of the checkpoints in Vlora asked it to stop.
The vehicle did not stop and sped away. This caused the police patrol to leave the checkpoint and begin a pursuit.
