New details regarding the operation conducted on Tuesday in Tirana, where 27 people were arrested for drug distribution in different areas of the capital. According to sources, most of them distributed drugs using taxis and scooters to avoid being tracked by the police.

Four of the detained people were taxi drivers, who were also found to have drugs with them at the time of their arrest, writes A2 CNN.

A dose of cocaine was sold for up to 80 thousand lek, a dose of ecstasy was sold for 15 and 25 thousand lek depending on the quality of the product. While a handful of 0.3 heroin was sold for 10 thousand lek.

The group members obtained the cocaine from Euxhenjo Manushi, who was previously arrested with cocaine in his car. The ecstasy doses were provided by Ergis Noka, the son of the owner of the Publik.live portal, who was arrested along with 3 other people by the police a month ago. (A2 Televizion)
