Elbasan Local Police Directorate - Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Elbasan Police Commissariat referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen NS, 57 years old, after she hit a 25-year-old woman with a hard object (shovel), for weak motives. The 25-year-old woman received treatment and is out of danger to her life.
