The target of the attack in Lundë is suspected to have been kept under surveillance even days before the incident, which injured 4 people, 2 of whom were minors.

To identify the attackers, the investigation team has focused on security camera footage.

Sources indicate that after their analysis, it was discovered that the suspected perpetrators, still unidentified due to darkness, had been moving in the same area for two days before the assassination attempt.

The cameras recorded their movements on Tuesday and Wednesday, mainly in the evening hours. This has raised suspicions that the target was kept under close surveillance by the perpetrators, and that the area was best studied by them.

After the incident, the assailants fled the scene on a motorbike, which was found burnt in the village of Fikas, in Mullet, on the outskirts of Tirana. No evidence was found on it that could help the investigation team because it was completely burnt.

The main lead continues to be that of confusing the target with a single letter on the vehicle's license plate, and that the target was the wife of Roan Brahimi, who was killed last year in Greece, and an hour before the assassination in Lundë, his father, Gjovalin Prendi, was executed in Lezha.
