Other details have been revealed by the testimony of justice collaborator, Erion Alibej, in today's session at the Special Court for the review of the 'Golden Bullet' file.
A2 CNN reveals that in his testimony, Alibey talks about the events that preceded the Bradashesh assassination in 2019, where three people were killed, including a Turkish citizen, and the connections between criminal groups.
According to him, the conflict had started earlier and he claims that he had been wanted by the police after a gunfight with Xhoni Rusta, whom he claims to have shot in the "5 Maji" area in Tirana.
"I kept a gun in the car. When I pulled over, Johnny Rusta was at the wheel. I shot him," he declared.
According to Alibej, during this period he took refuge in different areas, between Durrës and a village between Elbasan and Peqin, where brothers Aldo and Kevi Baho lived, writes A2 CNN.
Another key element is the mention of a Turkish citizen, who was with Endrit during his last visit to Albania, and who was later killed in the assassination attempt in Bradashesh.
According to the testimony, when the assassination attempt took place, Endrit had been traveling in a Range Rover with Romanian license plates, along with family members and the Turkish citizen. “I found Endrit warm, but without signs of life. So did the Turk, and my uncle. It was dark. There is usually a police patrol there, but that night there was none,” he says.
Immediately after the assassination, a number of people known to the judiciary arrived at the victims' apartment, including Florenc Çapjan, Bledar Muça and Ervis Caushllari. “Muça told me that he had told Endrit to be careful of Suel Çela, he commits these massacres,” he declared.

After a meeting at Suel Çela's house, I went back to England. In 2018, I finally returned to Albania.
I had a gray Audi. They told me that Johnny Rusta was coming from behind us.
On one occasion I recognized him. I was passing by "5 Maji" when I saw a car following me. There were 4 people. I was carrying a gun in the car. They overtook me and when I was parallel to them, Xhoni Rusta was at the wheel, I shot the car. For this they declared me wanted. From this period until the Bradashesh incident happened, I was wanted.
I stayed at my house, but sometimes at a friend's in Durrës. Most of the time I was at Aldo and Kevi Baho's house. They live in a village between Elbasan and Peqin.
In June 2019, Kevi Bahos was assassinated.
During this time, I maintained contact with England, while Endrit continued his activities in the Netherlands.
Hajdar Çopja introduced Endrit to a boy, who Endrit had as a partner in drug trafficking until the end.
This person had bought a car from Franc, a car with a special place for drugs. This car had been robbed and there had been talk about it.
The penultimate time Endriti came was in September 2018, together with a Turkish citizen, the same one who was killed in the Bradashesh massacre.
I surrendered when they killed my uncle's son, Andi Zylyfi.
I also had a police radio. Someone I knew from Genc Tafili had provided me with one.
We were just about to leave the family celebration when they called me. At that moment, I saw a white X5 belonging to Mikael Qose in front of Dine Cam's fast-food. When we exchanged words, I said to Mikael, do you have a gun there? No, he said, what happened? I told him that Endrit was shot. Ervis Çopja, who they called Liçe, was also in the car with him.
I went to Bradashesh. There were only my family members there, no one else. When we left my uncle's, there were three cars. The first was a Range Rover with Romanian plates, which was used by Endriti. The other two cars were with women and children. Endriti, still a little drunk, at the moment of departure said to my sister-in-law, go to the women's car. She was in the last month of pregnancy.
They are assassinating people in Bradashesh. I was the first to go to the scene. It was dark there. There was always a police patrol there, but that night there wasn't, which raised my suspicions. I found my family there, in a situation I can't explain.
The first to open the Range Rover door was my wife. Then my sister. They initially suspected an accident. I found Endrit warm. The Turkish citizen as well. The uncle was also lifeless. Then the police and the ambulance arrived. Endrit had bullets under his arm. We took Endrit to the hospital, but later we learned that he was dead.
I went home, many friends and relatives were coming. Very soon the Çapjats arrived, Florenc Çapja, Bledar Muça, Ervis Çaushllari (Korçari).

Bledar Muça tells me, I told Endrit to be careful. Who do I tell him from? Suel Çela, he said, no one else, he does these massacres.
