
Behar Bajri, declared internationally wanted by SPAK for operation 'Metamorfoza', was extradited this Thursday morning to Albania.
Bajri is accused of "murder with premeditation", "providing the conditions and means for murder" in 3 episodes, "active corruption towards the judge, prosecutor and other officials of justice" and "carrying weapons without a permit", these crimes committed within of the structured criminal group.
The French authorities, where he was arrested about 2 months ago, have accepted Albania's request.
Behar Bajri is accused of being involved in the murder of Gjin Ndojit on behalf of Ervis Martinaj, as well as for providing the conditions and persons for the attempted murder of Kleanthi Musabelli, a murder ordered on behalf of businessman Pëllumb Gjoka.
