Police in Vlora have arrested a 34-year-old man who stole an American tourist's cell phone.
"Citizen GL, 34 years old, resident of Vlora, was arrested in flagrante delicto, because on 13.02.2025, in the "Osman Haxhiu" neighborhood, he stole the cell phone of an American tourist."
After the immediate response of the Police services, it was possible to identify and capture the perpetrator, as well as to seize the stolen mobile phone.
A 52-year-old man has also been arrested, accused of stealing money several times from a bar in the coastal city.
"After rapid investigative actions and the administration of video footage documenting the criminal activity, citizen L. Gj., 52 years old, resident of Fier, was arrested," the police announced.
The robber in question is suspected of having repeatedly stolen money ( a total of 100,000 lek ) from the premises of a citizen with the initials LC during the period December 2024 - January 2025. (A2 Televizion)
