The Police Supervision Agency has arrested two police officers in the act. It is about the policeman of Gjirokastra police station, Jaçe Reçka, who is accused of violence against his ex-wife and theft. He violated the protection order and stole a suitcase worth 5 million Lek from his apartment.
"The Police Surveillance Agency (Vlorë-Gjirokastër Region) has arrested in flagrante delicto the police officer Inspector JR, with the duty of Service Corps at the Gjirokastër Police Station, suspected of the criminal offenses of "Theft", "Domestic violence", "Carrying without permission" and the production of explosive weapons and ammunition" and "Illegal production, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons". The ex-wife denounced the police officer for violating the protection order, going to his apartment and also taking a suitcase containing 5 million ALL. After receiving the report, investigative actions were carried out and the apartment of the SH citizen was checked. A. (brother-in-law of the police officer JR) found the suitcase and a wallet with the amount of 8,000 Euros, which were seized as material evidence".
Meanwhile, the other policeman Llesh Tusha was arrested, after in a drunken state he collided with another vehicle on "Rrugën e Kombit".
