A few hours after the incident recorded in CEAZ no. 27, in the city of Vora, where Flamur Noka verbally and physically clashed with Socialist Party activists, the police have released the Secretary General of the DP.
"The Economic and Financial Crime Investigation Specialists at the Tirana DVP, after communicating with the Prosecutor, referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where proceedings were initiated against citizen F. N, serving as Secretary General of the Democratic Party, for the criminal offense of "Threat/rape against election participants."
The police explain that the proceedings against Noka were initiated after reports were made by citizens Xh. A., 29 years old, and MD, 33 years old, that the DP deputy "obstructed and threatened them from exercising their right to vote."
The procedural materials for the incident that occurred in Vora will be referred to SPAK for further investigation. (A2 Televizion)
