Fifth case of photographing votes, 30-year-old arrested in Këlcyrë

Another citizen was arrested today after being caught red-handed photographing his vote.

After three cases in Tirana and another in Elbasan, this time a 30-year-old man from Këlcyra has been arrested.

" The Special Structures for the Investigation of Electoral Crimes at the Gjirokastra DVP, under the direction of the Gjirokastra Prosecution Office, arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen MP, 30 years old, resident of Këlcyrë, for the criminal offense of "Violation of the secrecy of voting". This citizen, at around 15:00, at the voting center no. 4165/01, in Këlcyrë, during the voting process, is suspected of having photographed the ballot paper ", announces the Gjirokastra police.
