A 27-year-old man from the village of Lusen in Kukes has been arrested by the police, while 2 others were wanted for active corruption in the elections.
According to the Police, a considerable amount of money was found on the young man, which he is suspected of using for criminal activities of active corruption in elections.
He had previously been convicted of cultivating narcotic plants in the United Kingdom.
