A 29-year-old Albanian man was arrested by the Italian police after he raped his Peruvian wife by hitting her on the leg and the back of the head with hard objects.
According to foreign media, the incident reportedly took place in the presence of their 14-month-old daughter on the afternoon of December 15 in Rimini.
It is learned that it was the neighbors who reported the case, after hearing the screams from the family's apartment.
The young man was caught red-handed by the police, while the woman was with the baby in her arms at the time of the arrest.
