Jamarbër Malltezi, the son-in-law of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, has submitted another request to the Special Court for release from home isolation.
Malltezi, a defendant in the "Partizani" case, is asking the court to revoke the "house arrest" security measure, a measure he has been under since November 2023, writes A2.
His request will be reviewed this Thursday at 11:00, by a panel headed by Judge Elsa Ulliri.
Previously, Malltez's request for freedom has been rejected more than once by all three levels of the judiciary. (A2 Televizion)
