The hearing for the revocation of the security measure for Jamamber Malltez has been postponed to June 30.
The reason for the postponement was the fact that the court had to withdraw a previous decision on his requests to revoke the measure, A2 writes.
Jamarbër Malltezi, the son-in-law of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, had submitted another request to the Special Court for release from house arrest. Malltezi, a defendant in the "Partizani" case, asked the court to revoke the "house arrest" security measure, a measure he has been under since November 2023.
Previously, Malltez's request for freedom has been rejected more than once by all three levels of the judiciary.
