The Special Court of Appeals upholds the "house arrest" measure for Jamarbër Malltez, writes A2 CNN.
The son-in-law of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha requested the repeal of the measure, claiming that the legal conditions for keeping him in home isolation no longer exist.
Malltezi has been in this security measure since November 2023, while previously, he was briefly in custody.
