48-year-old Lulzim Visha, who was found dead in a car this Friday morning, shot dead, is suspected of having had a feud with other people.
Sources for A2 CNN say that the victim was a person who had problems and the enmity trail seems like the most likely one for investigators. Several years ago, Lulzim Visha's brother killed another person.
Visha was found lifeless inside a vehicle on Shën Stefani Street in Zall Mner at around 7:40 this morning. Police said they are working to identify and apprehend the perpetrator(s). (A2 Televizion)
