The Supreme Court has left unchanged the "house arrest" security measure against Jamarbër Malltezi, the son-in-law of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.
The Criminal College decided not to accept his appeal, writes A2 CNN.
Meanwhile, on June 30, the First Instance of the Special Court continues to review Malltez's request for the annulment of the measure, in which he has been in place since November 2023.
We recall that Malltezi is accused of the privatization file of the former Partizani complex, a file for which former Prime Minister Berisha is also accused.
Malltezi was initially arrested for this matter, but was then placed under house arrest. (A2 Televizion)
