The Agency for the Administration of Seized and Confiscated Assets, in accordance with the decision of the Appeal of the Special Court, has executed the confiscation of the movable and immovable assets of the citizens Redjan Rraja and Marsela Çiça and the luxury vehicle of the model Kejvina Kthjella.
The Court of Special Appeal rejected the request of two family members of Redjan Rraja to annul the sequestration of 9 movable and immovable assets of the person sentenced to life for the assassination of the prosecutor Arjan Ndoja.
GJKKO has left in force the decision no. 05, dated February 7, 2024 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime and in today's decision determines that the procedural costs of the Appeal trial shall be charged to the appellants.
The assets of the grandson of the former deputy of the Socialist Party, Rrahman Rraja, include apartments, garages, an expensive Rolex watch and several cars.
