After the CEC did not remove Kreshnik Hajdar's mandate, the "Together We Win" coalition did not withdraw. Today, "BF" has taken the case to KAS.
In their request, the coalition wants to declare invalid the decision of the CEC, as well as the premature termination of the mandate of the mayor, Kreshnik Hajdari.
The defense lawyers of "Reestablishment" argued earlier that the mandate should be terminated immediately, since according to them the measure of punishment is not important, but because of the fact that it was not declared in the "Decriminalization" form. However, this attitude of theirs was not taken as a basis.
Kreshnik Hajdari turns out to have been convicted in Greece by the Court of Ioannina in 1999, which he did not declare in the Decriminalization Form. Hajdari was sentenced to 4 months in prison. This sentence was converted to probation for illegal border crossing.
