A 40-year-old man in the city of Vlora has been arrested after having sexual relations with a minor girl. Police say the arrested man also attempted to encourage the 15-year-old and two of her minor friends to consume narcotics.
Criminal proceedings have also been initiated against a 33-year-old man, who was present and pushed the minors to consume narcotics.
"Specialists from the Narcotics Investigation Section of the Vlora DVP arrested citizen RR, 40 years old, resident of Vlora, for the criminal offenses of "Sexual or homosexual relationship with minors" and "Incitement to drug use", after he is suspected of having had sexual relations with a 15-year-old on 22.03.2025. Citizen RR is also suspected of having, in collaboration with citizen FQ, 33 years old (for whom criminal proceedings have been initiated for the criminal offense of "Incitement to drug use"), incited the 15-year-old and her two friends, 15 and 16 years old, to use narcotics. The procedural actions in this case were carried out in the presence of the parents of the minors, the psychologist of the Vlora DVP and the legal defenders", the police inform.
Investigations are continuing under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office to fully clarify the circumstances of this case. (A2 Televizion)
