He was caught red-handed, circulating as a passenger in a taxi, on "Pavarësia" Street. During the physical search and the apartment of the 21-year-old, the police services found and seized doses of the narcotic drug cannabis and a mobile phone.

The "Eagle" Special Force, in cooperation with the Narcotics Investigation Section, thanks to police intelligence, captured and arrested in flagrante delicto citizen EN, 21 years old, resident of Tirana.
