The Special Court is reviewing today in a preliminary session the request of SPAK to proceed to trial of the case against the socialist mayor of Devoll, Eduard Duro, the former administrator of Bilisht and three officials of the Devoll Municipality.
They are accused of "abuse of office", an offense that, according to SPAK, they committed when they illegally licensed a gas station in Bilisht. (A2 Televizion)
