Citizens Izmir Sakica and Samuel Troshani, wanted for the Dobraçi massacre, where 4 people were killed, surrendered to the Police today.
According to sources for A2 CNN, these two people are suspected of being members of the Bajra group in Shkodra.
It is also learned that Sakica and Troshani were accompanied by lawyer Sokol Tahiraj during their surrender to the police.
The police have not yet reached a conclusion on the Shkodra massacre and the murderers are still at large, not serving their sentence for the crime they committed.
Troshani and Sakica are reported to have claimed to have surrendered in the case of the beating of citizen Vladimir Bruçi in the Rus neighborhood in Shkodra.
Sources close to them confirm to A2 CNN that the only arrest warrant they are aware of that has been issued for them is for the beating of Vladimir Bruç. (A2 Televizion)
