Another charge has been added to the five persons wanted in connection with the incident in Astir, that of the production and sale of narcotics, A2 CNN reports.
This is because the friends of the 21-year-old woman, after giving their testimony again before the Tirana Police, admitted that they willingly went to the apartment after their friend called them to stay with the boys, as well as to use doses cocaine.
Under these conditions, the sources said, the charge of selling and producing narcotics was added to the 5 young men already wanted by the Blues. Among other things, they are also accused of illegal possession of weapons and illegal deprivation of liberty.
A2 CNN learns that the persons wanted for the incident in Astir are Joni Sadikaj, Skerdi Sina, Ogert Alia, Arnold Jaho and Anduel Alia.
The day before, the girl testified that she was not raped and that she voluntarily went to the apartment for daily rent, unlike the first version she gave when she called the operating room. The 21-year-old woman stated that she felt scared the moment she saw that one of the boys had a gun with him.
The girl further revealed that she had met Joni Sadikaj only a day before in a bar in the area and he had asked her to take some of her friends to spend the night together, as she had some friends with her. The young woman further testified that they stayed in the daily rented apartment all night consuming cocaine.
Sources from the police claim that the wanted persons are persons with criminal records. Joni Sadikaj, in 2017, was arrested in Kavajë together with 4 other people on the charge of attempting to traffic 1.3 tons of cannabis to Italy. While in the summer of 2022, he was handcuffed in Vlora for carrying weapons without a permit.
On Wednesday, Sajma Qordja's phone call raised the police, where the RENEA forces intervened with ropes from the terrace of the palace to open the door, as the young woman did not respond to their call, as well as to the negotiations of the father who declared that his daughter was his kidnapped.
In the two rented apartments, the police found two firearms and cocaine residue, as well as the personal belongings of the wanted persons. (A2 Televizion)
