SPAK Head Altin Dumani held an inter-institutional meeting at the Durrës Prosecutor's Office on measures to prevent electoral crimes. The announcement from the Prosecutor's Office of this region states that the meeting discussed the importance of rapid response, effective coordination and information sharing between institutions, with the aim of identifying and prosecuting any action that violates the integrity of citizens' free vote.
According to the cooperation agreement, prosecutors and investigators of the Special Prosecution Office will be provided with facilities at the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of General Jurisdiction, Durrës.
Investigators from the National Bureau of Investigation will be present on the ground and ready to receive any reports or information from citizens regarding suspected criminal activities related to the elections. Their presence is an additional guarantee of the transparency and seriousness with which the institutions are handling this process.

Inter-institutional meeting at the Durrës Prosecutor's Office on measures to prevent electoral crimes
In the premises of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Durrës, the head Ms. Suela Beluli, held a working meeting with the head of the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK), Mr. Altin Dumani. Also present were senior representatives of the Durrës DVP and prosecutors and officers assigned to the Temporary Special Section Against Electoral Crime of the Durrës Prosecution Office.
This meeting was organized within the framework of the Cooperation Agreement between the Prosecutor General and the Director of SPAK "On efficient mutual communication and mutual cooperation regarding investigations into criminal offenses during the electoral period of the 2025 Albanian Parliamentary elections".
The parties discussed the importance of rapid response, effective coordination and information sharing between institutions, with the aim of identifying and prosecuting any action that violates the integrity of citizens' free vote.
