Dritan Rexhepi exercised his right not to testify in the trial against Altin Hajri in the Special Court.
Hajri is being tried in absentia for the kidnapping and disappearance of Jan Prenga, writes A2 CNN.
Rexhepi, who is being tried for the same incident in a parallel trial, appeared in court to give explanations as a co-defendant in a related proceeding.
When questioned by the Court, he did not consent to testify. Aldo Majnishta, who is also on trial for the kidnapping and disappearance of Prenga, also refused to testify.
The hearing was postponed to May 12, during which time calls will be repeated to Jan Prenga's family members, who are abroad. (A2 Televizion)
