The Special Court of Appeals upheld the security measure "prison arrest" for Eria Ago, the girl suspected of being involved in the murder of Fatbardh Lici in 2018 in Shkodra, a crime for which SPAK accuses Safet, Behar Bajri and Astmer Bilali.
Ago, who according to the investigation was Safet Bajri's (Rustem's) girlfriend, is accused of "supporting the perpetrator of the crime." She is suspected of having driven Astmer Bilal away from Shkodra after Liç's murder in a "Mercedes" vehicle that was captured by security cameras in the city of Shkodra.
On appeal, Ago requested a relaxation of the security measure, but special judge Tereza Merkaj assessed that no legal condition had changed that could lead to a change in the security measure.
Eria Ago, known as a model and a beauty pageant winner, was arrested a few days after Safet Bajri was handcuffed.
SPAK's investigation into the case revealed that on the morning of the day of Fatbardh Liç's murder, Eria Ago traveled from Tirana to Shkodra in the company of Safet Bajri and Astmer Bilali.
In Shkodër, Bajri and Bilali used another stolen and modified Mercedes to go to the bar where Lici was, and opened fire on him, a vehicle that was later burned in Dobraç. According to SPAK, Safet Rustemi (Bajri) stayed in Shkodër, while Astmer Bilali left for Tirana with Eria Ago. (A2 Televizion)
