At the request of the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Berat, citizen SO was arrested for the criminal offense "Sexual Harassment" provided by Article 108/a/2 of the Criminal Code.

On 25.11.2024, the minor citizen A.Gj. filed a criminal complaint against this person, denouncing him for grabbing him and pulling him by the hand, but then his father approached him and took him away from him.

In the framework of the investigation of criminal proceedings no. 712/2024 against this citizen for sexual harassment of a minor, the Medical Expertise Act was carried out, from which it turned out that the minor has injuries caused by a strong sharp instrument. Asked in the capacity of the person who has knowledge of the criminal offense, citizen K.Gj, the minor's father, stated that his son called him and said that a man is following me and he immediately left the apartment and ran in the direction of the boy.

On the part of the prosecuting body, the film footage was examined, from which it turned out that the citizen A.Gj turns his head back to see who is following him and then the person identified as the citizen RO appears, who follows him from behind.

From the analysis of the written evidence administered, it turned out that there are reasonable doubts based on the evidence that the RO citizen has committed the criminal offense of "Sexual Harassment" provided by Article 108/a/2 of the Criminal Code.
