A 43-year-old man has been arrested by the Police in Durrës for possessing a pistol-type firearm.
Through a statement, the Police announced that two other citizens have been arrested, accused of failing to report a crime, writes A2 CNN.
Meanwhile, a pistol-type firearm, with a magazine loaded with combat ammunition, has been seized and the procedural materials have been forwarded to the Durrës Prosecutor's Office for further action.

Following successive attacks on the criminal activity of illegal possession of weapons, the Durrës Police, based on information provided by intelligence, within the framework of Operation "Shadow", has cracked down on a case of this activity. As a result, the following citizens were arrested in flagrante delicto:
DA, 43 years old, resident of Durrës, for the criminal offense of "Unlicensed possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", after during a search of the premises of a bar, in neighborhood no. 11, Durrës, a pistol firearm with a magazine of cartridges was found, which was seized as material evidence;
AK, 47 years old, and FB, 43 years old, both residents of Durrës, for the criminal offense of "Failure to report a crime", as they were aware of this case and had not reported it.
