Halimi Foundation Institute, with the support of the Embassy of the Netherlands, brings to our screens the "University Law Competition", edition 3.
PROCESS is the arena of future lawyers and will be broadcast during the month of August every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 9:00 PM, moderated by Armand Bajrami, justice affairs journalist at A2CNN.
In 10 episodes, law students from universities in Albanian lands faced off on issues that echo similar processes in our justice systems. They are related to corruption, organized crime and complicated extraditions, as well as sensitive family issues, such as wills that do not go to children or adopted children who are left alone due to the breakdown of the family structure. Environmental issues and the preservation of cultural heritage, protected by UNESCO, or conflicts between companies and banks also play an important role.
The arguments in these mock trials will be weighed by a panel of professional judges. They will evaluate not only the resolution of the legal case, but also the manner of presentation in the debate and the approach of each party towards the opponent or the court. Trust us, with the competition organized by the “Halimi Foundation Institute” you will get to know the absolute best law students.
This Monday, at 9:00 PM, the "University Law Competition" begins with THE PROCESS: "Corruption" - how the past haunts you on the internet.
Don't miss a very interesting matchup between the State University of Tetova and the University of Tirana. At the heart of it is a former member of the Kosovo Parliament, once accused of corruption. (A2 Televizion)
