Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha will once again face the High Court in order to lift the security measure "obligation to appear", writes A2 CNN.
This court has registered the recourse of the former prime minister, indicted by SPAK for "corruption", against the decision of the Special Appeal of January 3, which imposed on him the measure of "compulsion to appear".
Jamarbër Malltezi, the son-in-law of the former prime minister, has also filed an appeal with the High Court, seeking to overturn the decision of the Special Appeal, which left the "house arrest" security measure against him unchanged. (A2 Televizion)
