Following the investigative actions carried out to clarify the circumstances of a conflict that occurred on 05.01.2025, as a result of which a citizen of AR, 48 years old, who continues to be under the care of doctors, was seriously injured, the Commissariat of Police No. 3 has finalized the coded operation "Details".
As a result of this operation, citizens were identified and arrested in the act: GK, 24 years old and LT, 31 years old, and citizens RK, L. (A.) were declared wanted. K., GK and D. (A.). K.
These citizens, in cooperation with each other, on 05.01.2025, in a barber shop, on "29 Nëntori" street, hit with hard objects, allegedly for weak motives, the AR citizen, 48 years old, who is in hospital, under the care of doctors.
The following were seized as material evidence:
1 pistol firearm, with a permit, that was found in the residence of citizen LT;
1 shotgun, which was found in the DK citizen's apartment;
2 vehicles suspected to have been used in this event;
Clothes allegedly worn by the perpetrators during the incident, which were found in one of these vehicles.
