Today, a court hearing was held against Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha and his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi, at the Special Court.
Sources for A2 CNN indicate that the trial against Berisha and his co-defendants in the "Partizani" case was postponed to September 15.
It is also learned that in the trial of the "Partizani" file, Berisha's lawyer, Genci Gjokutaj, requested the exclusion of the three-judge panel.
