Immediately after receiving notification of a conflict that occurred in the village of Panaja, the services of the Vlora Police Commissariat intervened in time and prevented its escalation, which could have had serious consequences.
As a result of quick action, the 28-year-old KB citizen, resident of Panaja, was arrested in flagrante delicto, who had violated the security measure "House Arrest", imposed by the Court, for the criminal offenses of "Intentional Serious Injury" and "Destruction of Property".
Also, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office where proceedings were initiated against citizen B. B (H), 34 years old.
Citizen KB is suspected of having stabbed citizen BB and damaged his vehicle for weak motives. Then, citizen B. B went to citizen KB's apartment, damaged his vehicle and threatened him with a shotgun that he possessed without a permit.
Citizen BB received treatment and is out of danger.
