Around 1:30 a.m., a person, who can also be seen on the security cameras, approached on foot, placed the explosive and left.
The explosion caused extensive material damage. The business is owned by citizen Ç. Berishta.
The police managed to arrest the suspected perpetrator, Frederik Paplekaj. He is being interrogated regarding the reasons for placing the explosives.

His capture was made in difficult conditions due to snowfall.
In the early hours of this morning, in the village of "Theth", at the door of the citizens' market Ç. B., and AB, a small amount of explosives was thrown. As a result, only material damage was caused.
Police services immediately went to the scene and, thanks to quick professional actions, they made it possible to identify, arrest in Qafë Thore and escort citizen FP, 39 years old, to the police station.
At the end of the actions, the 39-year-old was arrested in flagrante delicto for the criminal offenses "Destruction of property with explosives" and "Disruption of public peace".
